Fine Wines for Your Summertime

Erie’s warm, sun-drenched summer reminds us of the importance of celebrating each fleeting day with intention and partaking in simple joys like savoring a glass of wine on the patio. At The Cork, we make dipping or diving into the exciting world of fine wines effortless. Our award-winning collection has earned the coveted Wine Spectator Award of Excellence two years in a row. “While many restaurants apply for consideration, only a select few are chosen by Wine Spectator each year,” said Billy Lewis, owner of The Cork’s parent company, Red Letter Hospitality. “It’s an honor to be recognized for the quality of our collection and also to be the only restaurant in the Erie region to earn this distinction.”

Ready to sip and savor? Join us and explore well-known winemakers and next-gen growers from Italy, Greece, France, Spain, Portugal, New Zealand, Australia, Chile, Argentina, Brazil, and America with pours by the glass drawn from our Cruvinet or straight from the bottle. To accompany the cheers-worthy wines, we offer a delightful menu of shareable starters by Chef Aaron Busch — an elegant yet playful upgrade to any summertime moment. We also offer Happy Hour every Monday through Friday from 3:00pm to 5:30pm at the bar or on our patio with special pricing on select fine wines and starters. See you soon!
