The Cork 1794 – The New Spring Menu Has Arrived

The new Spring menu has arrived.

Spring is in the air at The Cork, and in the spirit of renewal, we’ve added a refreshing lineup of decadent delights. Updates begin with our cocktail menu, which received a complete upgrade. Freshly bloomed cocktails to note are the Spicy Blackberry Spritz, White Sangria, Coconut Raspberry Mojito, and Raspberry Old Fashioned. Starters we can’t get enough include Salsa Verde Mussels, Saffron Arancini, and Bacon Deviled Eggs. Light fare and lunch additions include our ever-popular Lobster Bisque, Spring Salad, and classic Crab Cake Sandwich with shoestring fries. Chef Aaron added two spectacular features for mains–a hearty Half Brick Chicken and beautiful Pan Seared Salmon.
