We’re Bringing Tasty Back

One perk of calling the culinary field your “home” is having full access to foodie magicians who dream up and create dishes that make your eyes close and your toes curl on the regular. Our foodie magicians are also loved for leaning into hard-to-stick New Year’s diet resolutions and wildly dull (cough: dry) Januarys. This year, they’ve done it again with two flavor-packed (and health-conscious) features, sure to upgrade your diet—The Apple Walnut Salad and The Dill Salmon dinner entrée.

Our hearty Apple Walnut Salad starts with a crisp base of baby field greens and arugula. We top that with a heavy layer of tart Granny Smith apples, shaved carrots, red onion, and a heaping scoop of crushed walnuts and dried cranberries. Lastly, this colorful and nutrient-dense bowl gets a generous sprinkle of creamy crumbled blue cheese and a drizzle with our very own Apple Cider Vinaigrette. Optional protein upgrades include grilled or crispy chicken, grilled shrimp, salmon, or steak.

The other beloved winter favorite is our Dill Salmon dinner entrée. It begins with a generous cut of salmon, pan-seared to perfection and topped with sauteed cherry tomatoes, spinach, artichokes, roasted baby potatoes, and fresh green beans. The dish is drizzled with our very own lemon dill cream sauce and capers—a tasty addition that brings out the most in this healthy and flavor-packed dish sure to satisfy any sized appetite.

We’ve also got a fun lineup of mocktails just in time for dry January that include a Cranberry Lime Fizz and Sparkling Spiced Apple Cider. You can dive deeper into the land of mocktails by signing up for our Mocktail Dinner! Participants will enjoy four courses of handcrafted mocktails paired with a thoughtful menu prepared by Chef Edward. All beverages are completely spirit-free (no alcohol).
