Red Letter Catering & Events was born from a collective vision of what catering could and should be. When you love food and entertaining as much as we do, it easily translates into an obsession. No matter the guest list’s size or the location’s complexity, we will work to maximize on-site resources and deploy mobile equipment—including flattop grills, pizza ovens, and fryers—as needed to ensure your guests receive the highest quality delights. Thanks to our sister restaurants, The Cork and Skunk & Goat, we offer a wide range of culinary delights with easy customization. Beyond logistics and food, our wait staff is highly trained in proper etiquette, notably attentive and tireless in their pursuit to ensure your event runs smoothly from setup to teardown.

Beverages are an equally important aspect of all RLC & E celebrations. We’ve worked hard to develop a reputation for innovative and inspired new drinks alongside a great selection of perfected classics. All utilize fresh ingredients and high-quality spirits and are served by seasoned and knowledgeable bar staff.
